Kazuho Haneyama aka Pop★Step , is a teenage vigilante , a person who illegally uses their quirk without a hero license to protect civilians , technically making her a villain in a way , and on the side of this she is a singer and performer , who uses her quirk as well to make their performances more entertaining , which is called , Leap , it allows her to jump high and cushions the fall as long as she has a solid footing , however it cannot cushion a normal fall .
She works along side Koichi Haimawari , The Crawler , and Iwao Oguro , Knuckleduster . Two other vigilantes , one of which being quirkless and the other having the quirk glide and slide .
